1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Justa, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Justa is a wellness application that provides:

Personalized daily wellness plans
Guided exercises including yoga, Pilates, and strength training
Activity tracking and progress history
Personalized recommendations based on your preferences

3. Health Disclaimer

Important: Justa is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician before starting any exercise program.

You acknowledge that:

You are participating in exercises at your own risk
You should stop immediately if you feel pain or discomfort
Justa is not responsible for any injuries that may occur

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Justa offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions:

Monthly: Billed monthly
Yearly: Billed annually

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
Share your account with others
Interfere with the app's functionality

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Justa are owned by Justa and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Justa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to physical injury, lost data, or service interruptions.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Justa after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
